3) Delivery:

We deliver goods on the territory of Ukraine with the help of reliable delivery services such as "Nova poshta", "Ukrposhta" and "Delivery". The cost of delivery is calculated separately and depends on the chosen delivery method and the weight of the order.

4) Return and exchange of goods:

If there is a polygraphic defect that leads to the loss or distortion of information: the absence of printed text, the page jammed by the printing press, the discrepancy between the title of the book on the cover and its content, the page is turned upside down relative to the cover. In cases of detection of such defects, you have the right to return previously purchased products to the store within 14 days from the moment of receipt. According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, such products of appropriate quality are not subject to return.

5) Privacy:

We follow a privacy policy regarding the collection and use of your information x personal data. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6) Intellectual property:

All rights to texts, images, logos and other materials posted on our site belong to ukrmaps.com or their respective owners.
