Return and Refund Policy

The Ukrmaps online store guarantees the high quality of its cartographic products. We operate in accordance with applicable laws and our customer service standards. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions (Item Condition)

We accept returns of new items only (items of proper quality). Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear (scratches, scuffs, writing, marks, or traces of wall mounting).
• The item retains its original marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels.
• Full packaging and accessories are preserved (tube, slats, fasteners, original packaging).
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) issued to the consumer with the sold item is provided.

3. Return Methods

The buyer can return the item using one of the following methods:

• By Mail: Shipping via "Nova Poshta". (Please confirm the recipient details and branch number with our manager before sending).
• In-store / Pick-up Point: At our office address: 52 Popudrenka St., Kyiv (Institute of Advanced Technologies).

Please note: Shipping costs for returning non-defective items are covered by the buyer. A return shipping label is not provided with the product.

4. Refunds and Fees

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns are processed free of charge (0 UAH).
• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
• Refund Method: Funds will be returned to the original payment method (bank card or account) or according to the bank details provided by the client.

5. Exchanges

If a purchased map, atlas, or globe does not suit your needs regarding size or content, you may exchange it for a similar item of a different size or type. Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock and adjustment for any price difference.
